Privacy Policy

Atlas Career is a career application workspace. This policy describes the information the service uses and how it is handled.

Information you provide

Atlas may store information you enter into the service, including your candidate profile, education, skills, certifications, CV text, job vacancies, application materials, application status, notes, follow-up dates and settings.

Account and cloud data

Atlas uses Firebase Authentication for account access. When you sign in and cloud synchronization is available, your Atlas workspace is synchronized to a private Firestore document associated with your authenticated user ID. A browser-local copy is also used so the application can continue to work between saves and during temporary connectivity issues.

Payment information

Atlas Career uses Lemon Squeezy for subscription checkout and billing when paid plans are enabled. Payment-card and billing details are collected and processed by the payment provider and its payment partners rather than stored directly in Atlas Career. Atlas may receive subscription status, billing dates, provider identifiers and secure account-management links needed to provide paid access. Test Mode may be used before live launch and does not create a real Atlas subscription charge.

How information is used

Information is used to provide vacancy analysis, evidence-aware matching, application materials, skill-gap tracking, application workflow, account synchronization and related product functionality.

Data sharing

Atlas does not need to sell your candidate data to provide the service. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate the product, such as authentication, database, hosting and future payment services.

Your controls

You can edit your profile and use the in-app reset control to clear the Atlas workspace stored in your browser and, when signed in, the synchronized cloud workspace. Additional account-level privacy controls may be added as the service develops.

Security

Atlas uses authenticated cloud storage and HTTPS hosting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid entering secrets that are not necessary for career applications.
