Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Atlas Career. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide truthful information when generating career materials.

Career guidance, not a guarantee

Atlas provides organizational tools, estimated job-fit information and drafting assistance. Match scores, suggested wording and skill-gap guidance are informational and do not guarantee interviews, employment, salary, admission, certification or any other outcome.

Truthful candidate information

Atlas is designed around the principle “Optimize the candidate. Never fabricate the candidate.” You are responsible for checking generated materials and ensuring that experience, skills, education, certifications and achievements you submit to employers are accurate and supportable.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to access another user’s workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or use Atlas to create fraudulent applications or impersonate another person.

Beta service

Atlas is currently being developed and may change. Features can be modified, improved, temporarily unavailable or removed while the product is in beta.

Paid plans

When live billing is enabled, Atlas Career Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown before checkout, currently planned at $9 USD per month. The checkout shows the recurring amount and billing interval before purchase. Paid access is linked to the authenticated Atlas account and is verified from the server-side subscription record. Usage limits and included features may evolve as the service develops; material plan changes will be communicated through the product or updated terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel future subscription renewal through the billing-management process made available by Atlas Career and its payment provider. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals while paid access continues through the already-paid subscription period.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas is provided without a promise that every analysis, draft, integration or third-party service will be error-free or continuously available. You remain responsible for reviewing applications before submitting them.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The current version will be published here.
